Reclaiming Joy After Loss: A New Chapter

Tribu Todos Santos

There comes a point in the journey of grief where you realize that joy feels foreign. Out of reach. Maybe even wrong.

You catch yourself laughing, and guilt sneaks in like an uninvited guest. You feel a moment of peace, and then wonder… am I moving on? But here’s the truth: you’re not moving on—you’re moving with. You carry the love, the memories, the ache — and slowly, tenderly, you begin to reach for life again.

This is not about forgetting.

It’s about remembering you. The woman who is still here. The one who has walked through the fire, held space for sorrow, and still hears a quiet voice deep inside saying, there’s more life for me to live.

Joy after loss looks different. It’s quieter. It lives in the small sacred moments—the feel of ocean air on your skin, the sound of your own laughter, the strength in your steps as you walk a new path. It shows up in sisterhood, in shared stories, in allowing your body to move freely again.

That’s why I created something deeply close to my heart:
“Return to Life After Loss”—a retreat for women who are ready to begin their next chapter.

November 12–16, 2025
Todos Santos, Mexico
A space to breathe. To be held. To reconnect to your joy, not in spite of your grief, but because you are still here. Because you deserve to live fully, while still carrying your love.

Over five days, we’ll gather in a circle, share stories, honor what was, and welcome what’s next. Through guided rituals, gentle movement, meditation, nourishing meals, and laughter, we’ll remember who we are now — and who we are becoming.

If you feel the quiet pull, the whisper that says, it’s time,
I invite you to join me.

Let this next chapter be one of meaning, connection, and reclaimed joy.

Because you don’t have to walk this road alone.

With love,
Tania
