Meet Our Founder, Tania Molina

Tania created Life After Loss after experiencing a heartbreaking bereavement. In her experience, most resources she encountered were sad, and she strove to work through her grief with hope in an encouraging, uplifting way. Tania has a passion for helping others and is a nurturer by nature—this, paired with her certifications—makes Life After Loss a unique sisterhood to heal and write the next chapter together.

In addition to owning a successful business, she has also strived to enhance her whole being—body, mind, and spirit—by training for and achieving these certifications:

  • Master Certified Sistership Circle Facilitator
  • David Kessler Certified Grief Educator
  • Polestar Pilates Certification
  • Body Arts & Science International Certification
  • Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)
  • Success and Hypnosis Training
  • Feminine Freedom Method Coach

Along with her past experiences and training, Tania’s exuberance, joy, bravery, and gusto are apparent upon meeting her. Her “why” is to inspire women like her to embrace the power within to live zestfully.

In Tania’s Own Words

”For 23 years, I thrived in the wellness industry as a Pilates instructor, nutrition coach, and studio owner. I have dedicated my life to helping others find strength, balance, and well-being. But in an instant, my life turned upside down. My husband of 38 years—the love of my life—passed away suddenly, leaving me and my children to navigate an unimaginable loss and a new, uncertain reality.

In the aftermath of his unexpected passing, I sold my studio and held onto my husband’s business, which my children now help me run. In the midst of this upheaval, I felt called to take a deep dive into grief and loss—what it means, how it impacts us, and how we can learn to navigate the waves that come with it. I wrestled with questions that many of us face after loss: How do I manage life alone? How do I handle the well-meaning but awkwardness of others? How do I make sense of what has happened and keep moving forward, even when it feels impossible?

In the depths of my despair, one truth became clear: I didn’t want to leave my old life behind—I wanted to find a way to carry the love, the memories, and the essence of my husband with me as I stepped into this new chapter. I began what I call my “dance with grief,” learning that this process touches everyone, and now, it had touched me.

Grief is not something you “get over.” It’s a lifelong journey of learning to carry the love and memories forward while reentering life in a new way. I realized that while my husband’s life had ended, mine had not, and I owed it to myself—and to him—to embrace the privilege of being alive.

Out of this journey, Life After Loss was born. It is a space for healing, for holding our hearts together, and for learning how to live fully again while honoring the love we carry.

I am here to walk this path with you, to hold space for your grief, and to help you find your way back to joy, adventure, and meaning. I carry my memories, I carry his heart, and I am the woman I am today because of my story.

Together, we can heal. Together, we can move forward. And together, we can honor the beauty of the love that still lives within us.

If what I learned from my own experience with loss can help you get through yours, I would love to help. Please connect today.
